        Very disappointed. Horrible service. Arrived at location 11:50 a.m and jet ski rental rep said a 10 min wait. Then after 30 min she said 10 more min. Wait. It was until 1:00 the ONLY jet ski they had arrived at the ramp but we were unable to ride it because something was stuck and had to be cleaned. It was a terrible and horrible experience.

        I was at the Crandon Park location and met a representative that rents their jet ski through the Foxi App. Was there around 11:50 am and told in 10 mins her husband would be back to confirm the jet ski rental. More than an hour later and he finally shows up saying the jet ski is clogged and would take another hour to be ready.
