PRZ DEVELOPMENT

Working with John, Benji and the rest of the PRZ Team was an absolute blessing! Considering that this was the first time that we had been involved in constructing or building a property we were extremely nervous and anxious about engaging in the project. We had always heard the horror stories about how contractors take advantage of the various aspects of the construction process to squeeze their clients. As such, we were apprehensive from the onset. However, John and Benji were a Godsend. They were the first and ONLY company we met with. From the moment we met them we felt at ease. They walked us through the entire process delineating every penny spent. As the project went along, they took care of everything always updating us on the progress. Everything was done in time and as projected. In fact, they came in under budget which allowed us some extra additions that we had not counted on. Our experience was so good with them, that we went ahead and contracted them for a second project. A project I may add that was not of great financial benefit to them, but yet they took on anyhow and did another fantastic job. To this day we still reach out to them for advice and they kindly respond to each of our inquiries. I have recommended John and Benji to close friends of mine and highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in a construction project, especially for someone like us with zero experience in the field.

"White glove" service would be an understatement for John, Benji and the PRZ team. From the very first cold-call conversation to discuss the project... through to our build permits being approved by the city... John and Benji were professionals of the highest tier, and provided heaps of value to my project. I brought them an idea for a design that had not been done before. Their ability to interpret the design ideas, keep attention on the details that I valued, provide meaningful direction and guidance to improve key elements of the design both functionally and economically (they literally SAVED me thousands of dollars on multiple occasions) without sacrificing our goals, navigate the permit approval process to the finish are only a few compliments that I could give them. Not to mention... they have the vision and a capability to produce a design with aesthetics and curb-appeal to compete with any luxury builder. However, the one that stood out the most (and maybe most important of all...) was their ability and willingness to communicate quickly, effectively, and in a way that made me feel comfortable working with them, at every turn in the process. Jonh and Benji will be the first phone call I make when its time to start my next project. I can't thank you both enough!
