Very hardworking attorney. Very hardworking law firm/staff. Mrs. Neema took my case when others had said no. With one phone call to her office. The paralegals assessed my overall financial health and situation. They immediately offered me a payment plan. A $500 military/veterans discount for my service. Plu a referral for an auto appraiser for my truck. They suggested a chapter 7 bankruptcy for me. Cause I had an 18 year old judgement lien against me. Then it was attached to my truck. Also had wage garnishments/repo/credit card debt. Due to 20 months of lost income due to covid-19. I work cruise-ships. They prepared me so well that my 341 meeting of creditors was a breeze. I was so nervous that I almost fainted on the phone with the trustee. She only asked me a few general verification questions. Stated to the courts that she has all of my documents. That she was completely satisfied and then concluded my case. Soon after that, Mrs. Neema filed a motion to avoid judicial/judgement lien. To remove that lien off of my truck.
