        TropiChop was extremely small and did not represent what was advertised. Rice was extremely stiff and undercooked. They had run out of soda.

        I've been to Pollo Tropical on Northwest 31st Avenue and Commercial Boulevard and they're always out of sauce that I want Plus one of the five-dollar bills I gave her had a tear in it the bill was fine but she handed it back to me in a nasty Manner and said no good. Very rude and your price is going up five bucks in the last several months this is not the way to treat customers and I'm in the restaurant business

        Went to your location on weston road, weston,fl....i believe your staff took 1 look at my family and decided to be racist towards our nationality ....i order 1/4 dark chicken and brown rice...the staff there gave me burnt rice for all my meals....i personally love pollo tropical but with this disrespect i will not be going there anymore....
