Very poor quality work, don't not accept pictures as proof of their work as anyone can cut an paste from internet. Poor communication skills, I had to pay someone else to re-grout tiles in wet area as water and moisture would have gone behind tiles. Did not put marble threshold on floor at the door, after telling me to go buy an $8 marble threshold they installed it in wrong location. Again, I had to pay someone else to do it correctly. They brought insulation to sound proof walls and did not install it, left bag of insulation in my yard. I originally asked for two (2) estimates 1 with tiled walls and one with no tiles walls, only received the one without tiled walls. Cut out in new tile for toilet flange oversized, had to pay someone else to fix. Tiles on wall not plum, back of toilet tank rubbing on new tile on wall and tank cover did not fit due to scraping wall, had to pay someone else to fix. I did not consider having them do the repairs because after the wrong installation of the marbel threshold I lost all faith in their quality of work to do any repairs!!!! Consumer beware!!!!!
