I also never received the pants I ordered. The website is no longer available, there is not response to the emails. Very disappointed. Its apearently too easy to rib off people and disappear.

Been going back and forward about an order placed on the 23 of last month. Content below is from email yesterday after several back and forth emails regarding having this order completed over the last week. ----- Still down as 'preparing to be shipped' Please respond to my most recent email and ensure my goods are shipped. See below my second email confirm i would still like the products and for them to be shipped. a little concerned to see the status of my order still as 'preparing to be shipped'? Could you please advise the tracking number of the express DHL shipping provider you advised you were sending it with? "Your order will be shipped via DHL Express as soon as possible. I have notified the shipping department about it, however, if you want, I can refund your order. I am really sorry for the delay and the inconvenience this may have caused you." Order number 146398 C'mon guys. - just ship the order please!!!! ----- After 2 months I got my order! Now - the process of recieving the product is wayyyyy to long. However - credit were credit is due. The Product quality is excellent. They are comfortable and feel fantastic. Is it worth the wait time? Hard to say. But it is fair to say - they are quality quality products now that I have received them.

Website indicated that order will be delivered within 14 days but after payment made, no update and response after numerous attempts and it's now coming up to 2 months. Truly disappointed!

Same experience, I have sent numerous emails with absolutely no reply, ordered 3 items last year, nothing. Am going to report to consumer affairs, so sick of getting ripped off. Avoid this site.

My order was never delivered. Website down and e-mails bouncing. Also no response when messaging any of their social media accounts.
