Happy Tours - Car Rental

I reserved a car through Happy Tours with Dollar Car at the Orlando airport from Italy. When we went to pick up the car they told us we couldn't have the car because our drivers license weren't from Latin America. The price would be different. Then they sent us to a different rental company out in town and we got charged more.

Terrible after sales. I booked a vehicle through HappyTours to pick up at Miami airport and after 14 hours of traveling, my reservation was not active with the car rental company. I tried to help this agency to resolve the case and they simply washed their hands. I was left without any help in the US to solve the case.

They collude with rental companies and allow the collection of phantom expenses without doing or saying anything, I was scammed by the budget company in Miami through a reservation made by this company

Excellent experience for over 10 years. You do not need a credit card to confirm, you have a lot of things included and now the only items all rentals will rip you off is the toll fee until politicians step in and make it illegal to charge around $15 a day per toll. There are cities like Miami that are impossible to drive with heavy traffic you will regret your vacation not going to the fast lane.
