I honestly think that this time costumer service was not what I usually get from Aesop, this girl never move from the desk to help me with the products I always buy the amazing cleaners and lately the mandarin hydrating cream, this last one I forgot the name and I had to look at the web page on my ph to show the black beautiful girl who never move from her place like a statue on the luvre. I'm 49 years old and I know when someone is not committed to their job, it looked like she was annoyed by the fact that I ask her please to read the label because I can't read the small letters, I just wanted to buy the right product for my skin, but the lack of service makes me want not to come back and buy on line next time.
