Without being rude or disrespectful, the stylist explained to you that she couldn't help you because after washing your hair she told you that she couldn't use conditioner or leaver or oil or anything to detangle her hair or heat to dry her hair and we understood her but we told her that she couldn't do it because she couldn't even comb her hair and in our salon we prefer not to do a job than to do it wrong.
