I booked an appointment with hairstylist Karina, two weeks in advance. They kept sending me several confirmation requests via email, phone and text. I confirmed all. When I arrived this morning, I was told that Karina does not work there anymore. Nobody even called me to let me know. They did not have another hair stylist available, so the front desk guy suggested: "I can cut your hair, I`m a stylist". Of course I refused. I lost an hour on traffic, parking money and my patience. It wa s disrespectful not to warn me of the appointment cancellation before getting there. Do not recommend.
