        I am very happy with my hair tech. Unfortunately I had my roots colored and my girl took care of me which wasnt a problem except that she ended up being by herself and had to help other customers which delayed my appointment. I had to let her take care of others because they were children and I didnt want them to wait for me as it was getting late. I ended up an hour later. This wasnt acceptable. You need more people to cover. The other girl timed out and didnt offer to stay and help her. Thanks.
