      Greetings Jorge, i do apologize for your negative experience. After revising our records, I don't believe you've ever booked a service with The Outlet Barber Parlor. We operate with online appointments as priority and walk-ins based on availability as clearly stated on google and as i would have explained verbally if you came in as a walk-in. Booking information is clearly linked on google, Instagram and booksy. In addition there are multiple QR codes on site that link directly to online booking, and as policy we greet every walk-in, check availability and promplty notify you if there is availability for that day or refer you to other available options on site. Furthermore The Outlet Barber Parlor is an individual suite operated by an individual barber located inside of a beauty mall of 37 other service providers that all operate independently. The Outlet Barber Parlor is not responsible for negative experiences that you receive from other businesses on site that we are not associated with. I hope this provided some clarity.
