I had the worst experience someone in my situation could possibly had. When I first called the office they put me in contact with the lawyer James and he told to stop paying all my creditors that he will take care of all that along with the process but in order to start working on it I needed to pay a big sum upfront which I did. 3 months after they havent yet started my case and I had to start paying for my vehicle before they took itlong story short the whole time all they did was asking for documentation and more paperwork and making sooooo difficult for me. At the end I decided to not move forward with the bankruptcy and they denied a refund I paid even though they did nothing for me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!

Amazing team working with James. Please do not hesitate to pick this lawyer and his team for any bankruptcy procedure! Karina and Mary were there every single time updating me on the process and the first consult with attorney James was very informative! Hes very easy going and not intimidating at all! Prices are also very reasonable the whole process made me feel very confident in my case and of course my debt was dismissed!! Amazing again please look no further! I never write reviews but i feel it would be a diservice not to help others out especially since in todays world everybody always talks the talk but dont walk the walk! Simply the very best!

I had a very good experience using James Schwitalla and his firm for my bankruptcy. The initial consultation was very informative and Jim answered all of my questions and concerns about filing for bankruptcy. His staff did a great job helping me gather and fill out all the neccesary documents needed to file. Any questions I had were answered in timely manor and the whole process went smoothly. I would like to say thank you to Jim and his staff, especially Alexis, Karina and Mary who helped me throughout the filing process.

This office has been absolutely amazing. I was so nervous about doing the bankruptcy and they made everything so easy. They keep you in the loop through the entire process. I never felt lost or confused during the time Mr. Schwitalla was my attorney. His office staff is absolutely wonderful and always happy to help. I recommend them to anyone looking into a bankruptcy.
