Progressive is not a good place to have insurance they love to take your money but they have very very poor service my dauther was on a accident seen November of last year she is in pain everyday she is about to loose her job at staples because she canot perform her mgr duties like she use to afther the accident her job is also very bad I strong belive they discrimination agains women they always got her closing every night we no help wow all the men mgr always work morning shifts toguether this store is in Biscayne Blvd an 21 st .if you going to get insurance I will strongly suggest to go to another company I will be changing insurance afther this issued get result

Just left from here. The customer service was so great!! Odayls and Carlos were very helpful and both explained everything I needed to know about my policy step by step. Such an amazing environment to be in. Friendly, helpful, and clean! I would definitely recommend anyone to this agency!
