The building is beautiful and comfortable, but its Tatiana from management that makes life here amazing. She is lovely, professional, kind - - Tatiana helped me throughout the application and moving in process with patience and never failed to respond. Thank you Tatiana! I discovered Wynwood 28 while helping a friend move in. That same day Tatiana in the office was so nice and offered to show me the unit I spotted. Applying was easy and management was very kind and patient with the whole process. I live here now and am LOVING it. Brand new building, amazing amenities and a very friendly community Additionally, somehow very quiet at night even though its in Wynwood. Amazing.

I am so happy I chose to move here! I am very pleased with this apartment community and the people who run it. I initially toured with Alessandro and we walked through the amenity spaces and toured a couple units until I fell in love with one. After leaving, I toured a couple other properties in the area but it became clear to me that Wynd27&28 would be my future home. The next day, I decided to apply as I needed to get out of my current apartment before October 1st. Alessandro worked with me to interface through the process, and Tatiana took over the application and she made the whole process such a breeze and was ale to accommodate my next day move in! The apartments are immaculate and my interior designer heart appreciates the luxury additions to the apartments like the panel-ready refrigerators and dishwashers to create a seamless kitchen design. I absolutely love it here, and am happy this property is located a block away from the center of Wynwood but still has the suburban vibe.

Great place to stay. Amenities are top Tier. The best employee on the building has to def be Tatiana ! Quick responses and informative replys are always needed. Thanks again!
