Welcome to smoke free living! Contacted management several times and received no response. Not sure if this is coming from pool deck or one of these tenants outside their window. This has been going on for months. Hopefully this will get their attention after several attempts to communicate. Not sure if management is doing anything about it. Absolutely disgusting to wake up to every morning. I am getting tired of cleaning up cigarettes every day. Update 2/14: this is not new news they have sent out two email warnings to all tenants. The question is what are they doing to stop this?!? Update 3/31: woke up to cigarettes again on Easter morning. No response yet from management.

Potential renter you should know that if you move here. The building manager has a power washer that sounds like a JACK HAMMER downstairs at 7:30am every morning on top of the already loud construction !!!!!!! After repeatedly asking for it to be done at 9am. Be advised you will have to wake up to this every morning!!!!!

It has been the best experience so far regarding renting an apartment. I have to mention that every issue was successfully solved. Tatiana and Jen are brilliant , their kindness and fast response made us stay at Wynd without any doubt. I thank Tatiana and Jen for their support, their help and approach throughout the entire move-in process, you both Rock It.

As a concerned resident of WYND 27&28, I feel compelled to address the alarming lack of action taken by management regarding critical safety issues within our premises. Despite numerous complaints and repeated warnings, the management has demonstrated a profound disregard for the well-being of its residents. Despite numerous complaints and petitions submitted to the management, our concerns have fallen on deaf ears. The blatant disregard for the safety and well-being of residents is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the management's commitment to their responsibilities. In conclusion, the negligence displayed by management in addressing safety issues within WYND 27&28 is deeply concerning and unacceptable. Immediate action must be taken to rectify these issues and ensure the safety and security of all residents. It is imperative that management prioritize the well-being of its residents above all else.
