Amazing experience we had with our leasing rep Helen. She was welcoming from the first visit and made the move- in process easy and enjoyable. Also I want to thank Janely for helping us whenever we needed something. The customer service is what made us choose Indigo as our new home. We highly recommend Indigo. All the amenities and especially the customer service is always on point.
The apartments are spacious and very comfortable.
We truly Love living at Indigo and we are 100% happy calling this place our new home.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Helen at Indigo Palmetto Bay during our move-in process! From the very beginning, she was attentive, thorough, and incredibly warm in her approach. Helen's responsiveness to our calls and emails made the transition into our new home seamless.
Yesterday marked our move-in day, and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience! Helen, and all the other staff I had a pleasure of interacting with, and the Indigo Palmetto Bay team made this transition a breeze, and I'm thrilled to call this wonderful community our new home. Thank you for making this move-in such a positive and memorable experience!
Speaking of our new home, Indigo Palmetto Bay is nothing short of spectacular! It exudes a vibrant Brickell downtown vibe while nestled in the serene suburb of Palmetto Bay. One of my personal highlights has to be the heated saltwater pool a true luxury. The two-story gym, complete with a smith machine and that innovative Tonal personal trainer mirror, adds an extra layer of convenience and fitness to our lifestyle.
The tap machine offering a daily glass of beer or wine is a delightful touch, and the club room with its game tables and games provides endless entertainment options. Grilling enthusiasts will appreciate the gas grills, and the modern bathrooms and kitchens are not only stylish but also highly functional.
One unique feature I adore is the first-floor balconies that offer access to the street or courtyard, depending on your apartment. This added flexibility makes it feel like you're truly a part of the vibrant community.
Moreover, the location is fantastic! There's a lot to do nearby, and the area boasts numerous cool food places, adding even more to the charm of Indigo Palmetto Bay.
Overall, Indigo Palmetto Bay is a gem, and Helen made our move-in experience exceptional. I can't recommend her and this community enough. It's the perfect place to call home with its perfect blend of style, amenities, warmth, and a thriving neighborhood.

Most Affluent place you can find in south Miami. So many Amenities and very friendly staff! Janely has been the upmost amazing person to work with! Ive never seen someone work so hard for someone shes never met! Literally treated me like her family member! Ask for her when you come to Indigo! You wont regret it!
