Excellent customer service . Answered my email request the next morning . Actually answered the phone when I called to set an appointment. Said a truck could be sent out noon the following day and they actually showed up at noon! So refreshing and almost unheard of these days. The two technicians were absolutely respectful and genuinely helpful and nice. They explained things to us and were delightful. I would and will highly recommend Dustins Septic Service and will give them repeat business if and when needed. A job well done.

Incredible work!! I was highly impressed with this company. They come to the job when they say, no delays. They communicate everything. And they did a great job cleaning out my septic tank. David and Zack took the time to answer all of my questions and explained what I can do to make things better for my septic. Very respectful team and they were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you very much for the great work!!! Wish I could give more than a 5 star rating. Excellent job well done!

Made the appt for Friday at 12 noon and they promptly pulled up at 11:59am. They looked at the situation, diagnosed and gave us the short term solution and also what we needed to look at long term down the road. Mason and Ethan were very personable, polite and punctual. I will use them again and I would recommend them.

I just wanna say how great this company was specially DAVID and ZACH (I may be spelling his name wrong. They clean the septic tank and unclog the breathing tube that goes to the septic tank, that was giving us problem for a few days. They were really nice. They also answer all of my questions and explain everything. Septic tank clean & tube unclog Grateful for these two guys, (David & Zach) they did an amazing job! ++
