I'm giving lakeland Generator Service 5 stars but would give 10 if I could. Started calling around for my mother who's dependent on oxygen. They were spot on with everything from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone, I'm even thinking of having them install one at my home in Dunnellon. You'll enjoy working with Eric and Jessica!

My family was beyond pleased with the quality of professional service and support demonstrated by Eric and his team with the purchase and installation of our Cummins 30KW diesel whole house generator. From the initial research call and order to the delivery and installation (in addition to ongoing communication) the service and support have been impeccable. Our installation was scheduled for the week of Hurricane Ian, and because of the potential impact of the storm, Eric's technicians, Jason and Tyler, worked throughout the night until 3 a.m. to ensure that our family would have functional generator power the next day and subsequent days, if necessary, in response to a power outage. It is important to note that Eric continued to check in regularly before and after the installation to provide support. Eric's quality service and genuine communication, not to mention the positive business relationship formation as a result of this effort, are exceedingly rare today. With this major generator purchase and our ongoing maintenance and service relationship, I unhesitatingly trust Lakeland Generator Services with the welfare of our family.

Don't bother. The one star is because that is the lowest rating you can give. Took them 5 months to repair a mower, and 4 months to NOT repair a generator. After 4 months, the owner just informed us that there is only one model of automatic transfer switch that works with my generator (really?) and it is discontinued. He said he wasn't going to bother coming out to repair the generator since we couldn't connect it to the house and would be returning the parts. However, he would be glad to give me a quote on a new one. (Of course he would)
