We must say that it felt like dealing directly with a family member. He went above and beyond, not only to find us a great home but to sell my Fiance's house. Listens to your needs and wants and will help you with other programs available for a home buyer. Definitely need to get with him if your looking to buy or sell. It has been an amazing experience for my wife and I working with David through the process of purchasing a home in Fl while we were living in PA. We met David in March of 2022 and by the time we close it'll be around March of 2023.......David has gone above and beyond to help us on this journey from finding the right builder to going through the mortgage process and answering any and all questions in between. Highly knowledgeable about all aspects of the process, it truly has been amazing. Would highly recommend David he clearly was more interested that we find the right home than closing a deal.
