    As a homeowner 6 years not a renter, I take pride in where I choose to pay to live. If you want quality it comes with a price. If you want comfort it comes with a price! I always was told, do not bring a problem unless you can provide a solution! When people speak negative about people, places and things it is their perception and their opinion and have every right to do so. The proper thing to do is to research, investigate and ask questions to find out the facts! The HOA membership here changed less than 6 months ago with people who cares about where they live. Not to mention voted in by the homeowners! We didnt build our homes the builders did! We didnt create the land, God provided and sometimes we deal with the flaws and must deal with the upkeep & obviously that comes with a price to improve! There was a need for change when things are getting worse like the landscapers that have provided less than subpar service and the pool company that was just as worse. Thank God for Perez and Ollie? (Not sure who that is because we dont have an Ollie and Perez is the last name to more than one family here!) They care enough to volunteer as all the other members on the HOA Board. Before pointing fingers, please make sure you have the facts! Quality Improvements with Quality People creates a Quality Environment! Blessings to All in this Great community of Heritage Run! Proud Owner! Lets keep this community improving!

    WARNING TO NEW HOMEOWNERS IN THIS COMMUNITY: This HOA is EXTREMELY predatory with its rules and has a predatory lawfirm on retainer(Tenille Shipwash Lawfirm). Perez and Ollie (community HOA representatives) are known for cutting corners/costs on maintenance within the community. They charge (and keep increasing, due to cost of previous lawsuit against them) $160.00 each month ($1,920 yearly) from $140.00 dollars for lousy landscaping, dirty algae covered fences, huge potholes(my children almost fell into), broken security gates, black algae infested community pool, and sketchy funds allocation. This community is not for its residents but against it and will maliciously fine you for the tiniest of infractions instead of mediating the situation with you. Mind you, the community leaders have a vendetta against its residents due to its previous lawsuits. Perez/Ollie (Hoa board) should resign immediately!

    It appears that your prior HOA experience was an unpleasant one and this is why we have stepped in to change the way things were being run.Thankfully, the goal of this newly elected Board of Directors as of August is to build a stronger and more cohesive community of elected officials, homeowners, contractors, and volunteers. Although we can’t erase your experiences concerning the prior board over the years, this community's newly elected Board of Directors is to prioritize corrective measures aimed at rebuilding and regaining this community’s trust. Personally, the "NEW" board has been in this position for 2 months and we have assessed the property’s needs and met with many homeowners to hear their needs/concerns as well. We have terminated those vendors who have taken advantage of our community, started the process of repair for those homeowners who have been affected, brought our pool up to Florida State statue (by the way I am the one who complained and had it closed) and county pool ordinance (again previous board did nothing to rectify the ongoing issue with algae etc), spent countless numbers of hours walking the property in assuring that we correct all issues with the maintenance of our landscape (again previous board not having any involvement what has gone on in this community). This Board had nothing to do with an increase (again previous board) and we continue to look for ways to improve the community without the costly expense.Our Covenants and By-Laws (rules) are written to protect this community and its homeowners. When warning notices are avoided, we have the legal obligation to this community to enforce those By-laws and Covenants. As a matter of fact, that is the main reason individuals purchase homes in a community with an association and as a homeowner it is your duty to uphold those things outlined in your Covenants to the best of your ability.Given your concerns, I strongly encourage you to attend our next board meeting, so you can see what we have been doing for this community. Instead of pointing fingers and defaming the names of individuals who have and continue to go above and beyond for this community, when no one else would, you should want to collaborate with us to make sure that this never happens again.Lastly, we are making many opportunities for homeowners to participate in volunteer citizen projects, fundraisers, and social events to connect/reconnect our residents in the spirit of fun, fellowship and community. I hope you’ll consider joining us as you, and every Heritage Run homeowner, is essential to our collective success.The Board
