They have one the best and nicest drivers Ive dealt with in many yrs of shipping freight. Driver (A. Parish) is outstanding. Hes always smiling, very easy to deal with, just a stand up dude. We appreciate his hard work and great customer service.

Unsafe practices! Yesterday I received a shipment of 112 pound bathtub to my residence, purchased from Home Depot. I live in a rural area and the length of my driveway is 100 feet long. I made sure to indicate I needed the driver to obtain a signature and make a phone call; so, I could come outside and open the gate. As you can see from the photo, those instructions were ignored by AAA Cooper Transportation. Also, the ability to now leave my residence was obstructed by 112 pound bathtub now blocking the entrance to my property. I had maybe 2-3 feet on either side of the tub. All concern for the safety of the customer by AAA Cooper Transportation was completely disregarded by this driver. Maybe this driver should ask the question, "Why do people have home deliveries? Maybe, they're disabled, elderly, or just had surgery or taking care of someone with a disability or small kids?" Home delivery is necessary for some of us! I have recommended to Home Depot management to never employ services of this caliber.
