Once again Shaw's has come through!! The team was very professional, safety was priority one and can hardly tell they were here for 3 days taking out 3 huge trees after the one had sustained damage in Hurricane. There is no one better in JAX!!

Shout outs to Andy, Rowdy and Chris. I had some tree issues in Mandarin that needed rectifying after Helene and Milton. Unfortunately there was a bit of damage caused to the main gate of my fence during their job. I won't go into the granular details other than to say Andy called me within minutes of me reporting the fence issue to their office.Within less than an hour of speaking to Andy, Chris and Rowdy from Shaw's showed up at my house to fix my main gate. They repaired it, and quite frankly it's now better off than it was before the damage occurred. This is the type of honest, transparent customer service I expect from a locally owned and operated business. Andy beared the brunt of my temperament, and despite me giving him a hard time he responded gracefully and had his team come back out and resolve the issue with my gate.Honest and transparent team that fell on the sword regarding my gate. That level of honestly and commitment to customer service speaks volumes. Thank you, Andy, Rowdy and Chris. I'll be calling Shaw's Tree for any future tree work.

I am extremely disappointed in the workmanship as well as customer service! I no longer live in Jacksonville but had specifically scheduled a time and day when I would be in town to be present for the job. After confirming and then missing the time (between 8 and 9am), they kept pushing me back (right after lunch - didn't happen; in an houir - didn't happen) and finally showed up around 3:45PM after I had already left. They only did part of the job, left the debris, no communication. I followed up with the foreman Andy who sent me a picture from a favorable angle claiming they did trim the shrubs (they didn't!). My tenant didn't see a difference and neither did the pictures independently obtained show a difference. The power line is still obstructed with shrubs! I brought this up to the office staff who wasn't very helpful either. Now I am hiring another company to get the job done. I've never worked with a company so dishonest!
