Real Scammers. Did part of the job and did not finish it but kept the money! I am going to sue them in the court this year!

They showed up almost two hours late and the quote they gave was exaggerated by far. Every other company quoted at least half and showed up on time.

Did a good job and did it quickly. Be sure to get every quote in writing before they begin. The ad-on service, not written on the quote, of grinding the tree stump was $100 before work started. The next day while service was being performed it changed to $150! The following day when the stump grinder arrived, Jason said he had to have $250 to make it worthwhile. I willingly paid the $150 but refused any more. I would not recommend this service to a friend.

Did not provide services as agreed. Did not want to provide invoice. Because he did not do the job agreeded upon he took to insults by stating "this is why I will never date a black woman" and mentioned that's why he was divored several times as if my being a black woman had anything to do with his failure to perform the services in which "My Black Woman" dollars paid for. Then tried to get my husband into the dispute by saying he was married to one before too again referring to black women. In addition, to all of this he damaged my neighbors yard and broke her water line with his trucks then wanted me to care about what he had to pay for "next door." After all this he tried to get me to hire him for another job. In My Black Womsn's voice....... HELL NAW!!!!!! Oh yea, thanks for the video footage fool! The Black Woman

12/16/2017 I am writing a review based on my recent interaction with this tree service. I cannot refute or confirm any other experience and would not attempt to. First let me say I have two large tree trimming services in my area. After two estimates I knew I could not afford their services. Also access to my yard was impossible for their larger equipment. I saw this individually owned company cutting and removing a tree in my neighborhood so I gave him my number for an estimate. The appeal was the Bob Cat, knowing it would work in the narrow entrance to my yard. I had one huge Oak tree leaning toward my house that had dropped limbs during Irma. The original estimate was too high and over my budget for one tree. The offer was then adjusted to include several other dying trees I needed removed. It was then satisfactory and agreed upon. There were some delays with the company and also two days of heavy consistent rain. When it was safe to proceed they showed up with the day laborers they had hired. I want to say they were extremely Polite, and Respectful and did their jobs. The Trimmer who climbed these huge trees was excellent and dropped the limbs on a dime! One large limb required clearing the neighbor's shed, our outdoor fire pit and our privacy fence. There was no damage to any of these. I cheered him on with each successful cut... There was a tree less than a foot from the neighbor's yard on the back side and a branch did drop into the connecting yard. I was clear that was not acceptable and they climbed the fence and removed the branch with no damage done. The branch had been dangerously hanging over the neighbor's house which was resolved with the removing of it. There was some grass and soil turned over by the Bob Cat which I had been told ahead would happen. We had weeds so it really cleared the yard for some real grass! J. the owner was brilliant with the Bob Cat and knew what he was doing. All in all I had 4 tall dead trees removed that were threatening my home and two neighbors. I did not request stump grinding but the stumps were left at a manageable level. After watching the hard work and the amount of debris that was removed from my home I actually added $500 to the original agreed upon price. I used an individual company because that's what I could afford. There may have been a bump or two in the process but I got what I asked for and I am content.
