I been on the down side about my current finances , so I book a consultation with Strategic Tax Accountants . When I say I was so amazed from the onboarding to the reminders. This is the finance home I have been looking for.

They cancelled my appointment without proper notification. I had a 12:30pm appointment and at 12:15pm, I got an automated email that it was cancelled. THERE WAS NO EXPLANATION OR FURTHER EMAIL. I didn't see the cancellation email and went to the Zoom meeting at 12:28pm and left at 12:37pm because WADELENE CHARLES didn't show up, I came back at 12:52pm to see if she might've shown up and no one was there. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I just looked at my emails at 3:21pm and saw that they had cancelled it. I wish I had seen it and regret ever contacting this mediocre business.

I was not contacted via Indeed or email. Enlighten me on when I was contacted regarding this.
