They are very competent, friendly, and helpful in regard to helping with any sleep issues. It has been a pleasure to interact with everyone I encountered.

Tammy was awesome! The sleep room was just like a hotel room, very comfortable with a nice clean bathroom. I brought my own pillow and blanket to help me relax but I was still nervous and didnt fall asleep right away. My only complaint was having to sit 30 minutes in a dark parking lot at night waiting for someone to open the door. Made a phone call to a gentleman who had called me earlier to confirm my appointment and was told to use the rear entrance. Once inside was told there was a sign on the front door, I didnt notice it because I was too busy looking for someone inside the dark building. Perhaps use a bigger sign and tell patients what entrance to use before their appointment. I really didnt like being in a dark parking lot at night by myself without my husband. Again.Tammy was awesome!
