        There is a reason this company has a B rating on BBB. Horrible customer service, fee happy, and generally a dirty place. This company will charge a fee for anything and everything. Your bill will quickly double. Their operation wouldn't be hardly as ridiculous if their website and payment portal wasn't down most of the time. Avoid.

        They raise their rates several times a year (mid-contract), their website is down most of the time (including the payment portal), they charge multiple fees almost doubling your costs, the building is dirty, and the customer service is horrible. Go look at their BBB rating...Avoid

        The facility here is great, but the staff makes it even better. Joan is always cheerful and personable and was super helpful. When I initially rented the unit and got there we realized that it was going to be too small for what I needed to store and she got me swapped right over. The facility is easy to access and they do have carts in the lobby to make it easy to move your stuff.
