        Ease of service. I was able to see unit size online, there was special online promotion, and I was able to fill out paperwork and pay for everything online. Then they set me up on there site and sent me an email with all the info I would need and that my unit was ready to go. Didn't even have to directly wait for an agent at a desk to give me keys or anything. The whole service was super easy and couldn't have made the process of having to move things to story any easier. Really appreciated.
