        I got my storage units mixed up and gave these clowns a good review on accident. Absolutely the WORST place ever! Life threw one of its never ending tests my way and I had to drop everything and leave on a dime. I had called, left a message because nobody answered, on more than one occasion, asking them to please send my unit to auction so my unit wouldn't accrue debt, and they would get paid. They never responded. So when they started the collection emails, I tried calling (messages too) and replying to the emails, again asking the same thing. I never once heard from ANYONE, and last I saw, they were telling me that I owed almost $1000. When I explained my issue, and asked for a mutually beneficial solution, before there was Even a debt. I've probably used 25 or so places between two different states, and never was I as disappointed as with this place.

        Shae helped when I needed a storage unit in a rush she was very patient and knowledgeable gave me different options on rentals offered discount for extended rental Im very impressed with the cleanliness of the office and the property my storage unit was clean and serves my need The price is equal to the competition The location is great for me as I live near by Im very satisfied and happy with the whole rental process very straightforward and much better than what I expected
