Sam with Rhino Roofing was so helpful and responsive- we were reroofing a historical building - the first school for African American students in Jacksonville Beaches area during segregation- now The Rhoda L. Martin Cultural Heritage Center (376 4th Street South, Jax Beach). They helped research the type of materials needed, then began work immediately.  Sam kept us updated on the process and steps. They also cleaned up and took all the old shingles with them.  The workmanship is wonderful. Having dealt with construction/building before, I expected some  "talking down" or less than transparent explanations.  Absolutely never happened- Sam was thorough and patient with my questions and requests. I appreciated their responsiveness, the competitive bids, as well as their diligence with sharing their insurance and licensing information.  I have seen their quality work in my home neighborhood and there's definitely a difference between their work and others. They are now helping redo the ceilings and we will be using them for more.
