Mark was so prompt and easy to work with. He answered all our questions and work started right away after signing the contract. The crew was also very friendly, kept everything tidy, and had the work done so quickly. My family would recommend this company to anyone who would like reliable, and efficient work done.

We had a wonderful experience using Patriot Roofing for our new roof in Jacksonville. We had a tight timeline, zero experience with the roofing process, and many questions around insurance needs - Michael helped us through it all and made us very comfortable with the big investment. The roofing team worked quickly and was very friendly. They completed our large roof in 3 days and did a good job with cleanup, leaving our property in the condition they found it. Our roof looks great, and we would recommend Patriot Roofing to anyone!

Where do I start. We hired the company several years ago to put a new roof on the house. Not bad at the start but started to have severe leaking into our new bathroom. We called Patriot Roofing and they came out and said they found a bullet in the roof so the leak was not covered under the warranty. I never saw the spot where it was supposedly dug from the roof but it wasnt near the spot so they left. The next time it rained the water came into the bathroom again. So I entered the attic to see where the leak was coming from and it was definitely coming from the skylight. One of the employees came out and replaced shingles around skylight. So we thought it was fixed until a few evenings ago we had a hard rain. Water started to pour in from the light fixtures, electrical outlets and walls. I called Patriot roofing with no response. I took off for the hardware store and retrieved a tarp and some roofing tar which I applied around the skylight. It finally stopped pouring rain inside. But unfortunately we have ceiling, bathroom and wall damage. I did receive a return call the next day from the foreman. I was rather upset due to having to constantly deal with major leaks. So I was abrupt with him although he accused me of threatening by telling him I was going to the attorney general about the problems. He said that if he had time he would stop over to see what the problem was. At this point I did want to even have them over to do any work and I would be seeking a reliable company to do the work. Our camera catches the project manager on our roof taking pictures of my emergent repair. This morning I received a call from the owner about our roofing problems. He wanted to come back out and see the problem. I told him no because I have no trust in his company as I tried to explain the multiple episodes of roofing failure and he said this was his first time hearing anything. I told him that I didnt think he was listening to me when he stated and I quote, I have two good ears so I can hear which absolutely infuriated me. I hung up the phone. He called back and left a very very very threatening voice mail and tryed to bully me. He told that I had a big mouth and he has more money than I would ever have so there. His voice mail is a minute and sixteen seconds and continues. He said he looked up my 4 year old bathroom that was done by a local liscened contractor and that if I wanted to play hardball he was going to turn me in to the county for un permitted work.I have saved the voice mail and Im considering turning it over to the authorities. In my 60 something years Ive never seen anything like that. Not only do I feel threatened as a human I feel sad that a veteran of the US Army would have to be treated this way by a company called Patriot Roofing. I will not be bullied by you.

Dear Mr. Strickland I do believe the first threat came from your mouth when you refused to give our manager time to come out and resolve the issue and instead threatened that we better have good insurance.

So to reiterate the project manager called you back and was willing to come out to look at the leak with you. You refused and instead threatened basically suing the insurance. The project manager drove out to try to contact you and to identify the said leak. By doing so he noticed that there was tar around different roof fixtures which was not put on by Patriot. For example if you are a mechanic and a customer brings in a car that the engine has already been replaced by you 2 years ago but says it is stalling. You open the hood to find out that something is different. A few of the hoses have been wrapped in tape. The customer says the engine is still under your warranty and wants it fixed. But looking at the hoses wrapped in tape how can you be sure that a) There was a engine issue in the first place. Maybe the customer simply had bad gas. B) That the customers "quick" fix did not make the said engine issue worse. C) maybe he even had another "mechanic" look at it and he thought wrapping tape was the answer when clearly you see it was not. At this point do you feel that his claim to have you fix the supposed issue via the warranty is valid? Or wait instead he calls you on the phone telling you he is having problems with his engine but refuses to bring in the car so you can look at it. Then tells you he hopes you have good insurance!

Then the owner of Patriot Roofing called to tell you that this was the first he had heard about it and would like to also address the issue with you. But again you denied it having it evaluated. The concern with the new bathroom was that without us looking at the supposed leak and with the bathroom potentially not being permitted in the first place (which your roof was permitted and had all of the required inspections) then how can we guarantee that a leak was not caused by piping, venting from the bathroom to the roof, ect.

You then proceeded to accuse Patriot Roofing of "screwing" Veterans. Over the past 12 years Patriot Roofing Services have completed thousands upon thousands of roofs. Rest be assured that they have not been in business that long because they prey on "screwing" Veterans or anyone else for that matter!

Again we would be happy to come back out and WORK WITH YOU.
