Sales person approached me and said my neighbor was getting roof replaced due to hail damage. So he went up on mine and then showed me pics of all my hail damage. So I made a claim with my insurance company. Their adjuster comes out and said no hail damage. Roof claim has received my insurance paperwork but has not got back with me

I called Roofclaim.com to come out and do an inspection on my roof after a storm created a leak in our bedroom. Casey Rivera came out immediately. He handled the entire roof replacement process, and even assisted us in tarping the area that was leaking to mitigate further damage. Casey Rivera, for me, was God sent. I'm a first time homeowner and my ceiling was leaking. Casey just so happened to be in my neighborhood. Casey inspected my roof, found the leak, and all kinds of other damage. He explained to me how to file a claim with my insurance company and not only did I get a new roof but I also got my ceiling fixed. He was there every step of the way. He even met the insurance adjuster at my house when he came to expect the roof. The day They put the roof on they started at 6:15 AM and by 4:30 PM THAT SAME DAY they were done with the roof and they cleaned up everything. No leaks and it's beautiful. Yes I signed a contract and I was skeptical. I'd heard all the stories about roofing companies and how shady they were but everything went just like Casey said. He was always early when he had to meet with you. I really have nothing bad to say. Just an awesome dude. Thank you Casey. Oh and you too Roofclaim. I appreciate everything.
