First time homebuyer and I couldnt have had a better agent. Les is the best! Walked us throughout the process and assisted me and my wife every step of the way. Les made this long complex and at times scary process seem easy. We didnt even feel like we had a realtor until it was time to close. It felt like having a very knowledgeable friend who had your back. And now Les is a family friend. If you need a realtor and youre reading these reviews stop your search and call LES! It would be the wisest decision in your home selling/buying process.

We purchased a house with Les Batts a couple years ago and were blown away by the attention and time he spent helping us to find the perfect home. We had to sell because of relocation this Fall. Les was so helpful in proper pricing, taking care of all the details of the sale and upkeep on the property as we were no longer in the State to handle things ourselves. I highly recommend Les Batts as a listing or buying agent. He really does go over and above!
