I had the most terrible experience with Better Homes and Gardens in April of 2019 when they assisted me and my family find our rental home. We are running into several problems with the landlord that Better Homes and Gardens found us, and they refuse to help us solve these issues. They state it is no longer their problem after the lease is signed, and that we should deal with the problems ourselves. All they cared about was to get their money and now don't want to get involved anymore. This is very frustrating and disappointing as I was planning on using their services when purchasing my home but will not anymore after this horrible experience. Please do not use Better Homes and Gardens. I do not recommend their services at all!!!

Carl and Helen Keizer were the absolute best team of realtors to go with! Helen actually found our home and had us sold on day ONE of home shopping! When we had issues they were there advocating after the sale every step of the way. They took care of every single thing through our process so we had no worries during the process of buying. If youre thinking about buying a home, DO IT! And do it with them! They literally erase every and any worry through your process! If I could give ten stars I would!
