I can't say enough about how wonderful it has been to work with the Officer Group! Shaun was so helpful on every level of this experience. Not only is he knowledgeable about what he does and the real estate market, but he made the process incredibly smooth for us. He was there every step of the way to assist with any questions/concerns we had, and kept us on track throughout the process. He is very attentive and responsive, as well as patient and understanding (no matter how many questions we asked, or how many times we asked them). We would not have gotten our home if it weren't for him being on top of it like he was; he notified us before the house even hit the market.
I highly reccomend working with him - you will not be disappointed! The expertise and customer service is unsurpassed.

As a couple of apprehensive first-time buyers, we approached the housing market with a healthy dose of caution and a highly suspicious view of all agents and realtors.After initially meeting with Brad Officer for our first house viewing, he made such a good impression that we decided to work solely with his real estate group instead of spreading ourselves out.We were subsequently taken care of by Brad's fellow-agent Shaun Salari.Shaun was fantastic to work with: highly professional, hugely likeable, attentive, very responsive to our wants & needs regarding the house we were looking for, arriving at each visit armed with a huge amount of prep work to give us a good insight into each house we viewed. He took us on viewings to see houses that we had selected and also to see options he had located that completely met our housing criteria.  He also took us to a few open house showings and we felt comfortable that he made a huge effort to show us as many suitable options as he could.Once some big, grown-up decisions were made, Shaun was fantastic during the negotiation stages and was available to us 24/7.  We're slightly convinced that the man doesn't sleep.Brad Officer also got involved once the paperwork phase began and both Brad and Shaun were priceless in helping us navigate the process and make sense of the jargon.  Buying a house is never easy but we really feel that Shaun and Brad made what could have been a traumatic experience a lot easier and put in a huge effort to reduce our stress as much as professionally possible.Based on our beginning-to-end experience with the Brad Officer Real Estate Group and specifically with Shaun Salari, we cannot recommend this company highly enough.
