These folks arnt afraid of the hard... We came to them a hot mess... To save you my life drama... NONE OF THE THINGS LISTED BLOW WAS A ISSUE.. WE had all these issue plus.. *Buying from a estate *EURGENCY we were quickly finically drowning *Buying just the mobile home and moving it *Buying the land a mobile home *Homestead laws *Removing a roomate who lived in the home.. Not willing to pay rent or purchase the home (Unlawfull detainment/eviction) *Paying that leagle cost *Having to deal with several lawyers *Dealing with Covid 19 shut down *Being kind and patient while we had to drive 10m away to fax paper work *They had toDrive 2h out of their way cause the hubby overnight legle docs and keys to the title company *Dealing with out of state folks * Keeping us grounded while we r dealing with the loss of a loved one.. * No back on forth on price * The ability to see though other noise * Full amount paid at closings.. No we will pay you in payments with a solid contract... * All of the above plus and they closed in 10 days... John, Corein and Brain Thankyou for swooping in and saving us... For seeing us for who we are... INTEGERTY FOLKS... Do what wright even when its hard or when no one is looking.. HONESTY..EURGENCY... RELATABLE...
