Ive worked with Joe on the procurement of three new locations for the Northeast Florida Safety Council. During these searches, Joe was quick to show me what was available matching the criteria I provided him in key targeted areas. He consistently kept in communication with me, keeping me in the loop as the transaction process moved forward. During these negotiations, he kept an eye on the key details and has successfully negotiated lower rents, the use of office furniture, the addition of a break room, and other key perks. Even though we now clearly know each other, Joe never let familiarity interfere with his professionalism. He was always on time, always returned calls quickly, and dressed & acted professionally. I worked with Joe on my out of state move from Maryland to Florida. Joe is a fantastic person with a great sense of humor. I felt like he genuinely cared about how much I would love the house at all times rather and felt like he was just as invested in my new home as I was. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and market and even steered me away from a few purchases due to red flags that he went out of his way to point out during our walk throughs.
