Kirk was my wife and my realtor when we purchased our first home. I should say Kirk is our realtor! We are very happy with everything we experienced during this Huge Life milestone and very happy with our home. Even when the home we first thought was meant for us fell through, Kirk reassured us that the hunt was still on for the house meant for us. Kirk has represented me in six real estate purchases within the past ten years. His personalized service is what keeps me coming back to him. A lot of buyers (especially first time) do not know that all real estate brokers will represent your property in the MLS, Zillow, etc. However, not all real estate brokers personally take your calls, show you prospective properties, make constructive recommendations when purchasing and selling, have extensive knowledge of local vendors that may be needed for home inspections, repairs, updates, and the list goes on, to see a transaction all the way through to closing. Kirk is always available to answer questions and if he will be out of the area for family time, he will even let you know his schedule and when to expect answers and call backs. Every closing has been seamless. Kirk is an expert in the Jacksonville market and the surrounding area. This type of service is practically non-existent in today's market. Highly highly recommend, especially for new buyers who may be nervous about their first time purchase. Thanks again for a decade of great service.
