Game Changer Realty

Its hard to know where to start with a review of Game Changer Realty and our realtor Lesley Brawn. We started the process of looking at homes (both on the market and new construction) with Lesley, and having never had looked at new construction in the past, the process was new and overwhelming. Lesley has been there every step of the way through looking at lots, models, changing our minda on a house (only once ), and even design. She regularly checks on our construction when we cant. Lesley and Game Changer have gone above and beyond our expectations and I would recommend them with confidence to anyone.

When we decided to purchase a home in Florida we had no idea that we would gain a friend! This is exactly what Lesley Brawn has become to me and my family. We had never purchased new construction and I hear of some stories but thankfully that was not my experience. She kept us abreast along the way and we closed on time. Lesley stayed on top of the process the entire way. In fact, I think she and her family visited the site more than we did. Im very thankful that we met as we gained a lifelong trusted friend. She forever has our home transaction(s) business.

I started Real Estate 9 years ago. Jennifer Henry was my coach. Today I would consider myself a highly successful real estate agent closing 30+ transactions per year. I owe so much of my success to the "loving accountability" Jenn provided me when I first got started. Im not sure I would still be in real estate today had it not been for her passion to help me and others as well as her inspiration. Thank you Jennifer Henry. You are truly a legend!

Im so glad I decided to make the switch and become a part of Game Changer Realty. Jen and Melissa are really good at what they do and thats training their agents and making sure we have all the knowledge and tools to set us up for great success. Game Changer Realty isnt just a brokerage, its a hands on TRAINING brokerage with a family feel environment.

I wanted to share a review with our experience with the Realtor we are working with. Lesley Brawn with Game Changer Realty. I was referred to Leslie through a friend. I live in South Florida and simply fell out of love with South Florida so we decided to relocate. We were not sure if we wanted to buy or build in Nocatee. I never met Leslie and she reached out by text, email, phone. A few months went by as my husband I were still deciding and Lesley always followed-up with us and kept in mind what we liked in a home. She has gone above and beyond for us and theres not enough room to write how amazing she is. We met with her, she showed us al options of Nocatee. We decided to build and not only are we currently going through the build process, but Lesley spends her own time, weekly doing walk throughs and FaceTiming me as I cannot be there since we are local yet. She send pictures, follows up with the builders, calls me and set-us up with the a great private inspector. I cannot say enough about Lesley, she has become a friend and I trust her opinions. I have sold a few homes and I have never met a realtor so involved but that actually cares about your life choices. I HIGHLY recommend Lesley.
