I've met a lot of realtors; most of them are just trying to push you towards whatever is going to make them the most profit regardless of if it is even what you were looking for. Mike Schwiebert is a refreshing change from all of that. He listened. He helped me find a house that fit ALL of my wants; and I know some of them were big enough wants that they seemed impossible. I knew very little about the buying and closing process, but he worked with me every step of the way. He was never pushy. Even when he couldn't tell me the answer to a question (rare), he would still point me in the right direction to find it. He brought a semblance of peace amongst the chaos of buying a home. He even sent me a few reminders about paperwork I should do or file several months after our closing that I had completely forgotten about or never would have even thought to do. Don't go with anyone else.
