Jay has been very helpful to me explaining the home buying process and property choices in Jacksonville. He has a very thorough understanding of the entire Jacksonville area - and its huge. He also has a lot of background from working with Veterans so he knows what lenders to recommend, and how veterans can receive discounts on their loan fees, and property taxes based on their Military service and rated disabilities.
