I consider myself extremely lucky to have randomly chosen Jill among the countless realtors out there. I know through prior experience that a realtor can make or break a deal and was apprehensive about choosing the right one. I was in the market for a new build, and there were only two homes left within my price range. Naturally, I had my heart set on the larger one, which also happened to be situated on a corner lot. I sent Jill an email late in the evening to inform her of my decision. She promptly reached out to the builders agent that very same evening to let her know I wanted the house. The following morning, another potential buyer contacted the builders agent, expressing their interest In the same house. However, thanks to Jill's swift action, my offer had already been submitted. If Jill had waited until the next morning, I could have lost out on the opportunity. This is precisely why having a GREAT realtor is crucial! Jill has a great eye for detail and isn't afraid to advocate for upgrades or changes on your behalf. I affectionately referred to her as my "realtor mom" because she not only ensured that I had completed all necessary tasks in the kindest manner possible, but also made sure that the entire process was progressing smoothly by collaborating with the builder's agent, builder and loan officer as needed. She is exceptionally organized and professional. She is 100% on it and I am so incredibly grateful to have chosen her out of the overwhelming list I had to choose from! I promise you she's got your back and you will not regret choosing her as your realtor!!

My "paw"- rents worked with Jill for nearly a year trying to find the right home in this crazy real estate market. As first-time home buyers, they had no idea what they were doing. Luckily, Jill was so helpful during all aspects of the home buying experience. They eventually bought a lovely home and now I get to chase squirrels in my great big back yard. Thanks Jill!
