Working with Lauren of House and Haven was a real pleasure! She is very knowledgeable and her expertise is beyond compare! Lauren is very prompt in scheduling house showings and even works during weekends, just to accommodate our time schedules. She communicates with us regularly to update us on the progress of our house search and we can really tell that she is very dedicated and passionate about her desire to help us find that dream home. What we love most about House and Haven is the after sales care. We have moved into our dream house for almost a month now, but Lauren still regularly checks on us, asking if we need anything or if there is something that needs action from the builder or the subcontractors. Working with Ms.Cindy was the best and easiest experience. My partner and I, thanks to an old housing complex, had to move on really short notice and had no clue how to look for our first single family home. We had tons of requirements but for weeks had no houses that met those. After a recommendation from my mom, I linked with Ms Cindy and she sprung into action haha. Within a few days of speaking with her and going over what we would like in our first home, we had about 15 listings sent to us. A few days later, she was setting up appointments for us to view the homes that really stood out to us. We literally just had to show up haha. She handled everything. She was not only on time but really personable and paid very close attention to our every need when it came to our dream home. She would even point out some things that we needed in the home that would make it that much easier for us for our day to day. Mind you tips we would not of known otherwise. During the outings, she was even finding more houses for us to tour that she thought fit right into our qualifications. One of the listings she sent we are actually in right now and love. We cant thank her enough! Honestly, no amount of reviews will truly explain why you should not hesitate to work with her. She loves what she does and you can tell.
