Very positive, professional experience renting from RockNHomes for several years. I feel grateful to have been able to enjoy such good communication with the property managers and always felt safe and supported at the property. There can be such a wide range of rentals available at the Beaches, so it was very reassuring to connect with a quality management company with a great office team.

If you are planning to use their services to rent your home, do not use them. My parents used them and their home was destroyed by the tenants. We received letters of neighbors complaining which we raised to Rocknhomes, but they never followed through to investigate the matter. They are only interested in their money. When my parents received the keys to the apartment after the tenants left, they were completely shocked. The entire home was damaged. The contract we had with them meant nothing. Rocknhomes didn't even drop off the keys themselves, they purposely left it on the property knowing that they would not want to face us with all the damage that was caused. Save yourself the money and use a real estate that is more efficient, respectable and reliable.

My husband and i have been renting a property on the Northside through RockNHomes since summer of 2019 and be renewed our lease through the Pandemic. Matt is absolutely amazing and very professional, understanding and quick at his work. We have had a few issues like a/c blew out, refrigeration, plumbing, new gate for property for safety issues and considering we have kids. Matt and Jeff both are very quick to respond, hwve never charged us out of pocket for any fixing on pripetty. Out last property we rented was highway robbery and verryy unprofessional. RockNHomes is amazing and we love the property we are currently still renting and our kids lovveee it. If we could vuy it we wouod but we are renting for however long LoL.. highly recommend rocknhomes to family and friends. Matt and Jeff are soo awesome.
