First-time homebuyer, and I couldnt have chosen a better team to work with. Emily is absolutely wonderful, thoughtful, and thorough, and she was patient and kind throughout a tough and lengthy buying process (self employed). Im grateful for everyone on her team who helped out, and I highly recommend working with them. For future buying or selling needs, I will absolutely work with Team Lloyd again!

Emily was absolutely wonderful! She worked around our busy schedule, found homes that fit our parameters, and went above and beyond when it came to our closing day! I cant imagine working with another realtor in Jacksonville! We were an hour and a half way away and unfamiliar with much of the area. We didnt know any of the professionals needed for inspections and repairs, so we heavily relied on Emilys expertise. Not only did she take care of all the coordination, she saved us multiple trips over here by taking care of things on our behalf. This is the third home weve purchased, and we have NEVER had such a great and thorough inspector. Emily knows the business better than any realtor weve ever used and took the time to ensure all of our questions were answered. She treated our little ones as if they were her own and has checked in on us and them multiple times since we bought our home. I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking for someone amazing.

I would choose Team Lloyd over and over. I actually have. Thank you for riding out this rollercoaster with me and being my realtor and my therapist during it all. Lol. You gain more than a realtor you get your home buying wing person. The guidance is superb. They are in this game for those they help. Not for themselves.

There's no words to describe the dedication that team Lloyd provided to us. we started our search for a new home on a most difficult market Hamilton and Emily never gave up they took the challenge very serious. From day one I knew they were there to help us. always available to answer our questions and to help us understand the process and to keep us informed at all time. It wasn't easy to get our new home but they were very patient and keep working together to finaly get us our new home. Not only that but they still keeping in touch with us to make sure everything is going the way it should. We were very lucky and blessed to have team Lloy Realty on our side.
