Disappointed with my experience! Post Occupancy Contract was not uploaded to Doc-u-sign resulting in additional out of pocket expenses. Broker who "took full responsibility" for this claimed I should be happy with my settlement and commented "moving is never enjoyable". "Enjoy your new home". Will never do business with them again. P.S. When you have a Sellers Market it does not take extraordinary effort to get multiple or highest offers on your home. During a down market takes a true Super Star.

I joined this brokerage after becoming newly licensed. I interviewed with several other brokerages prior to becoming a Century 21 First Coast agent. These other brokerages had the perception, at least to me, that they were more recognized for their name and would be the more desirable place to start my career. After exploring these options, none of them felt like home and just wasnt a good fit. It wasnt until I met with the management team at Century 21 First Coast did I immediately feel welcome and had no doubt that was where I was meant to be. The training and support offered, especially as a brand new agent, was just what I was looking for to gain the knowledge and confidence I needed to be successful in this business. It is like a family, with endless support from management as well as other agents. I could not imagine working anywhere else!
