        It has been a great experience dealing with Cristina Filippelli at Invitation Homes. She went out of her way to find rentals that met our criteria, answer all of our questions, and educate us on the process. She kept us informed on the progression of our application and the next steps to take. I hope the rest of the rental term goes as smoothly as the start.

        Cristina Filippelli was an absolute GEM through this whole process. I am so big on communication and she did just that the whole time. She kept her word, followed up and even gave me suggestions on my next steps. Every time I called she answered or returned my call within minutes. House hunting can be stressful and she made it so seamless. I will recommend her as well as Invitation Homes to everyone.

        We were extremely stressed with trying to find a rental home on such short notice when my Fiancee found out he was being transferred for his job from Birmingham, AL. to Jacksonville, FL. We came upon a few homes on Zillow with Invitation Homes and we did a few self walk-throughs and found the one we thought would fit us and our family. The stress of trying to do everything from another state was weighing on he and I, however, Hayden Wesley made it so much easier than we thought it was going to be. Through all of our questions and concerns, Hayden was right there to answer them all and set our minds at ease with doing this all from Alabama. I highly recommend working with Invitation Homes, but especially with Hayden. We could not have gotten through this whole process without him.
