        Our plumbing is constantly backing up and Mainstreet Renewal refuses to fix the issue. We can not use water without sewage backing up into our home and due to uninhabitable conditions I have requested lease termination and the company refuses to respond to me about it so now I am forced to hire an attorney.

        Week 2 of ac issue. Over 90 degrees outside. Home won't cool below 80s during the day with thermostat set to 70. First visit all the tech did was changed a filter. Only on day 30 in the new place and regretting it

        Having maintenance issues is never fun. Magic, my tech is amazing. He calls with an ETA and even took care of an additional small issue for me without hesitation. He makes this rental experience such a pleasure.
