        Stay clear of this company!! They are horrible! The office they have listed on Norwood Ave in Jacksonville Fl is totally empty. And it appears to be abandoned. The day I visited there was a guy there named Chris claiming to be their maintenance guy. Long story short..you will not be able to reach anyone once you pay your application fee. And I was told by the former property manager Kat Denny not to rent from invictus. Then I was told horrible things about her from Chris the maintenance guy. But STILL not one person has said anything to me about renting the property Kat Denny told me a month ago I was approved for. Scammers Scammers Scammers! Beware of scammers. They are out there!
