        While I must state that my low priority requests were denied (i.e., broken/incorrect/missing blinds, which is a privacy concern), Thirdstone Properties have been extremely responsive to my urgent requests (i.e., plumbing, electrical, building issues). I also specifically request Mark, from Air Doctors, when it comes to plumbing and electrical issues, as his work is efficient and impeccable, and the issue is usually fixed in record time!

        Clients are left feeling disillusioned and ignored, with their trust in the company shattered. It's imperative for the company to take immediate and meaningful steps to address these issues and rebuild trust with its clients

        These people are ONE OF THE WORST, If not, THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Ive ever encountered in my ENTIRE EXISTENCE. PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! These people do not care about their clients. Ive submitted tickets for repairs that the house needed before the 18th ofJanuary this year(2024) and not one person reached out to me and tried to fix my issues . It is now MARCH 6 and I STILL HAVE NOT gotten any service. Also there is a lady by the name of ALEXIS BROWN that works in the office with Third Stone Properties who has a complete and utter nasty personality. She had an attitude when I asked anything about the renewal of my lease , which should not be issue since IM THE CONSUMER. She is a narcissistic person who abuses her power , only see her clients as money grabs and does not care about their care or concerns, let alone have any respect for them either. She is unprofessional and does not deserve a spot in the business world and needs to be replaced with someone that is going to care for their consumers
