When I goggled rental management for Jacksonville, Matt was the only person who followed up. He has been responsive to all my questions and upfront on what we need to do to facilitate the sale of one of my rentals. Upon taking over my account, he also met with all my renters to inroduce himself and find out if there were any issues needing to be addressed. Matt is a great manager, always has good suggestions and willingness to get any problem fixed, responsive to the renter as well as the owner. There were several I contacted, but Matt was the only person who I thought was right with my gut feeling. He has been quick responsive to all my questions and very professional. Other agents seem to be more occupied with their schedule than potential clients. He has handled my rental property extremely well. This has been a smooth and easy process. Matt is extremely professional. He thoroughly explained all issues that arrived during the renting period. We sold the same townhouse with his help. Again he used his professional skills negotiating with the buyer's agent and we quickly sold the house in three weeks. He provided smart suggestions in the whole process.
